Return Policy

At Brandmat, we strive to provide high-quality custom logo mats that meet our customers’ expectations. However, we understand that sometimes errors can occur or products may not meet your needs. This return policy outlines our procedures for handling returns, refunds, and cancellations.

Order Cancellation

  • If you cancel your order before production, we will refund the amount paid by the customer.
  • If you cancel your order after production, no refund will be given.

Return and Refund

  • If the mats do not match your approved logo design or are defective, we will replace or rectify the mats.

Artwork Responsibility

  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of the logo design provided.
  • We are not responsible for errors or discrepancies in the final product due to incorrect or low-quality artwork.

Production Timeframe

  • Normal mats: 5-7 working days
  • Spaghetti/Vinyl loop mats and Jet-printed mats: 10-15 working days
  • Orders above 20 mats: Lead time will be advised by your Brandmat Consultant

Payment Terms

  • 50% deposit is required before production.
  • Balance of 50% is due before delivery or collection.
  • If payment is not made, we reserve the right to retain ownership of the goods.
