Our star Premier Track inserts are ideal for entrances matting solutions particularly just outside the main entrance or just right at the entrances as they are based ideal for heavy-duty exterior solutions as long as they are covered or shaded. Star Premier Track Inserts are made from two different materials which are Pvc shell and beberpoint inserts to give a combined tough, durable, and dependable matting solutions with a brushing effect. They are suitable for Zone 2 which is external but covered also referred to as Intermediate Zone.
Product Description
It is a modular interlocking heavy-duty tile made from flexible Pvc frame with neatly inserted needle punch Berberpoint insert mats which provides an efficient scrapping and dirt depositing role. They are modularly interlocked together to give a continuous seamless cut to any size mat.
This product has been tested to 1000kgs therefore it can withstand smaller to medium wheeled areas like pallet jacks, trolleys. Because the product is tiled based system, it can be fitted easily and quickly over a large area of any size. This product is a must to put in a recess and the recommended matwell height should be 1mm less than the tile thickness.
